Terms of Service
1. Who this is for
trust its not ai ("the Service") is an AI-text cleanup tool. You may use it if you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into a contract.
2. What you agree to
By using the Service, you agree that:
- You own or have permission to use any text, tone requests, files, or URLs you submit.
- You will not submit content that is unlawful, defamatory, infringing, or in violation of third-party rights.
- You will not use the Service to submit content to any person, institution, or platform where doing so would violate their rules — including but not limited to academic honor codes, employer policies, or contest rules.
- You will not attempt to bypass the Service's rate limits, scrape it, or use it for automated workloads without our written permission.
- You will not use the Service to generate content that impersonates a real person in a harmful or deceptive way.
3. What we don't promise
The Service produces text algorithmically. We do not guarantee the output will bypass any particular AI detector, be accurate, be free of errors, match your voice perfectly, or be fit for any particular purpose. Detection technology changes continuously; today's bypass rate is tomorrow's caught-red-handed. You are responsible for reviewing and verifying anything you use.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." Uptime, accuracy, and availability are not guaranteed. We may change, limit, or shut down any part of the Service at any time.
4. Your content and our use of it
We do not store your pasted text, writing samples, tone requests, or generated outputs in our own databases. Each request is processed in-memory and discarded when the response completes.
However, to produce output, we forward your pasted text, writing sample, and tone request to Anthropic (the provider of the underlying language model). Anthropic processes this data according to their own policies. See our Privacy Policy for details.
5. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service, its operator, and any contributors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service, including (without limitation) academic discipline, employment consequences, financial loss, reputational harm, or missed deadlines.
In jurisdictions that do not allow certain limitations of liability, the above limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted.
6. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the operator of the Service from any claim, demand, or damages arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
7. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the operator's jurisdiction. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
